Andrea Albarelli
Associate Professor in Computer Science at Ca 'Foscari University of Venice - Department of Environmental Sciences, Informatics and Statistics. He has made over 70 scientific publications on Artificial Intelligence.
He directs the digital team of the LAB (Lab for Artifacts and Business models), the transfer center owned by Ca 'Foscari and IUAV University.
He participates in three academic spin-offs operating in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.
His scientific interests are in the field of Artificial Intelligence, with a particular focus on the design of disruptive data-based methodologies to be applied to real-world scenarios. His approach is end-to-end, ranging from the co-design of digital business models to the scientific advice needed to implement them.
Alberto Antinucci
Business and Mindset Strategies expert with China, lecturer at H-Farm in collaboration with Ca'Foscari University of Venice and the Zagreb Business School for the three-year degree course in International Economics and Management.
He moved to Taiwan at the age of 19 following his dream of starting a business in international trade by establishing distribution channels between Asia and the rest of the world.
He has lived and worked in Taipei, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, USA and throughout Europe for 30 years consolidating his experience in R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales becoming an expert in business coaching and start-up mentoring. Since the mid-90s he has also been involved in Internet projects and e-commerce, registering several patents.
The operational Team
The scientific knowledge, software components and methodologies characterizing the Sapiens Analytics platform come from the research group in Artificial Intelligence of the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice, led by prof. Andrea Albarelli.
The Team is able to offer innovations deriving from open research, both from experimental methods and prototypes developed over the years within research projects funded at regional and national level.
Riz Zigliani
Over 30 years of consulting services experience, specializing in fine-tuning new technology-based business models, including strategic development of responsive and responsible digital transformation.
Ambassador of digitization, he is invited speaker at important conferences around the world.
Since 2001, he has supported some of the largest multinational companies in technology, industry, finance, consumer products, retail, government and defense, including: Siemens, Accenture, Vodafone, Lindt, Dac, Lloyd's of London, Publitalia, TomTom telematics.
In 1994 he founded Securvip, the first company on the European market to manufacture and supply a GPS satellite tracking anti-theft system for cars. It has conceived and implemented a new business model that combines, in an unprecedented bundle, the innovative GPS-based anti-theft system together with a discounted insurance policy, setting a new standard that is still working successfully today.
Andrea Gasparetto
University professor of the course of Computer Skills (Digital Literacy) at the Department of Environmental Sciences, Informatics and Statistics at the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice, Lecturer of the Introduction to Coding and Data Management-Practice 1 and 2 course, at the Department of Management at the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice.
Scientific advisor to various companies in the Veneto area.
His research interests are in the field of Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, ranging from shape analysis, machine learning, statistical models for the classification of information. He was visiting researcher at the Department of Computer Science of the University of York in the years 2015-2016. Winner in 2013 of the award for the best research work, issued by the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice, for the scientific results obtained during the PhD studies.
